Continue to exercise with the help of a physiotherapist

July 21, 2019 //  by Manuel Arce

A physiotherapeute sportif Montreal Nord treats sports-related injuries, whether they are the result of trauma or progressive pain, often due to poor performance in the sporting event. The practice of sports physiotherapy in a clinic requires a thorough knowledge of the muscular system and a good understanding of the biomechanics of sport to meet the specific needs of athletes. That's what our physiotherapists, specialized in manual therapy and sports physiotherapy, do. They're passionate about sport and have in-depth knowledge of the interventions required to support a sports team.

A complete assessment and biomechanical analysis of the movements involved in sports physiotherapy treatment must be carried out. Athletes receive intensive physiotherapy treatment according to their level of sports coverage and insurance. Obviously, sports physiotherapy invests energy and research to make prevention, rehabilitation and sports training increasingly effective. The aim of sports physiotherapy is to get the athlete competing as quickly as possible, but without risk or loss of physical capacity. Using various techniques such as manual therapy, the use of tapes and an exercise program adapted to your sport and physical condition, the physiotherapist will be able to get you back to physical activity in optimum time.

Our physiotherapists are sports and performance specialists, with the experience of top-level athletes. The mission of our physiotherapy clinic is to provide each of our customers with personalized, high-level medical and sports services. One of our goals is to bring physiotherapy to a wide audience, get our hands dirty with massages and, of course, relieve stress for athletes of all levels.
