Treatment offered to people receiving compensation from CNESST, SAAQ and IVAC
Have you been the victim of a work accident, a road accident or a criminal act? If you are experiencing physical pain, visit your doctor as soon as possible so that he or she can assess your condition. If he or she feels you need physiotherapy, occupational therapy or acupuncture, you can contact us. We'll be happy to help.
Physiobalance's multidisciplinary team offers patients covered by CNESST, SAAQ and IVAC tailor-made treatments for a variety of injuries, including sprains, fractures, back pain, neck pain and tendonitis.
No-cost treatments
Treatments are free on presentation of a doctor's prescription, i.e. patients have no out-of-pocket expenses, as Physiobalance offers a discount equivalent to the portion not covered by insurance. We can quote for TENS and electrodes for pain management, at home or in the clinic, based on a doctor's referral; these items will be reimbursed by the SAAQ, CNESST or IVAC.
What documents do you need to bring to Physiobalance?
You'll just need to bring two documents:
1. Your worker's claim, your SAAQ claim number or your IVAC claim form, as the case may be;
2. A doctor's prescription stipulating the need for physiotherapy, occupational therapy, osteopathy, acupuncture or other treatment.
