What is Neurocircuit visual training?
Neurocircuit visual training uses motor-sensory integration techniques to consolidate neurological connections between brain and body. It aims to improve reaction time, memory, information processing speed, depth perception, contrast sensitivity and hand-eye coordination. In this way, we give our customers a competitive edge in life and in sports!
How does a training session work?
Our experts use motor-sensory training techniques as well as cutting-edge vision training technologies such as Dynavision D2TM. Our customers train for 30 minutes 2 or 3 times a week. As the client's skills develop, the trainers add stimuli to increase the level of stress and challenge.
Training reduces the client's reaction time to different stimuli, improving tracking skills, cognitive processes and peripheral perception.
Who should do visual training?
This training is aimed primarily at athletes. However, visual training is suitable for anyone who wants to function at a higher level. At the end of the day, we're all athletes who have to meet the demands and requirements of life!
Visual training is also highly effective for police officers, military personnel, concussion patients and those recovering from brain injury. Anyone wishing to improve concentration, hand-eye coordination, peripheral perception, reaction time and decision-making will benefit from high-performance visual training.
Combination with functional movements
By combining visual training with functional movement (kinesiology), our customers can achieve better results, as we train the body, brain and visual system to work in synergy. The result is a faster, stronger and smarter athlete. We offer programs for all ages and skill levels.
